We have a lot of collective decisions to make: whether it's how to organise a national strike or how best to offer support to those suffering from the heat or lack of water in our neighbourhoods. How do we make a decision that lowers the risk of conflict and increases the likelihood of willingness to go along with the outcome? Join us for an introduction to Convergent Facilitation.
